A strong and well-thought-out construction forms the foundation of every machine. At Imotik, we engineer, calculate and assemble constructions entirely in-house. Through smart material choices and targeted conservation methods, we ensure a robust, durable, and efficient design.

We start with a precise line drawing, where the correct proportions and hinge points are determined and translated into a 3D model using SolidWorks. Next, we analyze and calculate the strength, fatigue, and lifespan of each component using advanced software such as Ansys. This allows us to create a dynamic and optimized design, where sheet metal work and turning and milling processes seamlessly come together.

Thanks to a compact and efficient design with minimal excess mass, we create light yet extremely strong and well-thought-out constructions. By collaborating with specialized production partners and keeping assembly in-house, we ensure quality and precision. The result is a machine construction that perfectly fits the application, with optimal performance and a long lifespan.
